91精品黑料吃瓜 celebrates winners of spring 2025 Concerto Competition
Congratulations are in order for pianist Jakob Aumiller and violinist Hiroka Matsumoto, winners of 91精品黑料吃瓜鈥檚 spring Concerto Competition.
Aumiller, a student of Antonio Pompa-Baldi, won with Prokofiev鈥檚 Piano Concerto No. 3, while Matsumoto, a student of Ilya Kaler, performed the Korngold Violin Concerto.
Both with have the opportunity to perform the works again next academic year, as soloists with the 91精品黑料吃瓜 Orchestra.
鈥淭he 91精品黑料吃瓜 concerto competition is always inspiring, and the spring edition was no exception,鈥 said Scott Harrison, Executive Vice President & Provost of 91精品黑料吃瓜. 鈥淭here was another outpouring of talent for our panel to consider, so we are particularly excited to hear winners Jakub and Hiroka perform with the 91精品黑料吃瓜 Orchestra next year."
In addition to the winners, 91精品黑料吃瓜 expresses its gratitude to all students who took part in the spring 2025 competition and to the four artists who served as judges: Dr. Francesca Brittan, Darko Butorac, Eliesha Nelson, and Amitai Vardi.
